ITEMS COVERED BY TUITION

Uniforms: Each family will receive 4 monogramed shirts per child per school year.  Parents are responsible for any extras.  Uniform items must be purchased from our designated supplier through CWA’s website.

In-state Field trips: From time to time there will be local fields trips which require a fee.  These fees have been calculated into the cost of tuition to make it easier for our parents utilizing ESA funds. Teachers will communicate any information about these trips as the time approaches.

Laptops and Curriculum: CWA is launching its first year as a hybrid, online/in-person, learning environment using BJU’s online curriculum and book for our core classes (Math, English, Science, etc.) These classes are taught by qualified BJU teachers. For these classes a live facilitator is present to keep student on track and help answer any questions students may have. For our “Specials” (Music, Art, Life skills etc.) there will be live instruction by qualified teachers working directly with our student.

ITEMS NOT COVERED BY TUITION

School supplies: A school supply list will be sent out over the summer. Each family will need to purchase these items for their child’s specific grade level.

Uniform bottoms: Black, tan or dark gray uniform pants or skirts must be worn but are not covered. As of now there is no designated supplier for these. This is subject to change.

Out of state Field Trips: Once a year CWA may take a field trip out of state. These trips are optional. They are designed to deepen the learning experiences. They are parent and teacher chaperoned. These trips will be announced as early in the school year as possible for late school year trip or in the second quarter for the next school year. This is to give every parent ample opportunity to prepare financially and to plan time off if they are interested in going.

*Tuition/Fees and covered and uncovered items are subject to change.
