Application Process

Thank you for your interest in enrolling your child at Christian Worldview Academy!  We understand how important schooling decisions are and we are here to assist you in any way we can. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions. We look forward to working with you as you complete the below steps.

We are accepting applications for 1st through 7th grade. Our application process is open at any time, but applications will not begin to process until April 21st for the upcoming school year.

Step One: Open House!

We would very much like to meet you and encourage you to attend one of our open house dates. Our open house are opportunities to learn more about the your child/children upcoming school year. Everything from curriculum, school lunch programs, how to apply for ESA or STO's and more. We highly recommend your attendance.

Step Two: Application

A list of items we will be asking for are as follows. For items needing signatures, click the link:

After we receive the application, each family will be a sent a Pastor Reference Form to be filled out by a pastoral staff member.

Step three: Testing

After we have received your application paperwork, we will set up a time for you to bring your child in for academic testing.

  • Students (1st grade and above) will need to be tested primarily in the areas of math, handwriting, writing and grammar, reading, and Bible.

Potential students coming from a variety of other schools (private, Christian, public, or home school) can be at very different academic levels. Because of our academic rigor, we want to make sure that each student is a good fit for their grade level so that they will be successful.

Step four: Parent and student interview

Part of the application process includes a sit-down interview with each family. Both parents and prospective student(s) will meet with the admissions committee and Administrator. This allows us to get to know you (and vice-versa) as we consider each student for enrollment.

Step Five: Enrollment

After evaluation of forms submitted, testing results, and the interview, a decision will be made by the admissions committee regarding status for entry into the school. Each family will receive an email with the decision and next steps, if applicable.

*As for now we are not accepting any student that has an IEP, as we are unable to meet their needs.

*For our first year we will not be enrolling for kindergarten. We will be adding kindergarten in the 2026/2027 school year. At that time your child must be turning 5 years old on or before August 1st of the school year.
